Vettel did his fastest lap on a 5 lap stint.
Rosberg has also done his fastest lap 1:23.879, on hard tyres.And Kimi goes out again.
They always seems to take a long time to change something (setup or parts) during testing... I hope Kimi just stay on track until 5pm, only half an hour left...
