Actually its just one sentence which doesnt tell anything else than "FIAs tightened regulations caused even Ferrari to fail in its first crash test."
Rest of the article is normal bla bla, altho Domenicali says the car is ugly but it doesnt matter if it does to what it is designed for.
Then there is talk about Lotus gizmo ,pondering if its legal , they will develop their own system, tiny miny interesting piece in the end where Kulta says there is rumours Ferrari and RBR have already garanteed their piece of the concorde deal by quitting at FOTA.
