I'm having trouble signing in the forum. And also the chat doesn't work in my iPod

My iPod is newer than my computer. But I get in the chat, then out, then in again and it reads "please wait while the chat is being loaded" and it never does!

So I only chat in my computer, but now I can't log-in through my computer because I get a message that my browser doesn't allow cookies. And the cookies are already activated.

So I'm srcr***

are you sure your computer browser allows cookies?

Yes and yes

I can get in through my iPod, I even can get in the chat but can't start chatting because it reads "please allow the feature to load" and it never finishes loading for me to be able to start chatting.

So I usually chat through my computer. But today the forum doesent let me log in because it says my browser doesn't allow cookies but they are already activated.

I never had any problems with cookies before. I'll try to see if I can upgrade my Safari later, to see if that fixes the problem, at least in my computer.

W: try with the iPAD. If the chat says loading and does NOT load, refresh the browser.

But my kid dropped it a few days ago and now the iPad has sound but the screen doesen't work, is totally black. So we are planing to get it fixed but we don't know when.

W: do you have an Apple computer? I'm assuming you do because you're using Safari..

I will look at my settings on my internet browser and see what I can find.

Yes it's an iMac from 2007. So in computer years instead of 5-6 years old my computer must be like 65

And I don't upgrade the software much. So I tried to upgrade at least my Safari today, but it didn't work.

On the cookies settings there are 3 options to always allow cookies, to never allow cookies and to allow them only in the web sites you visit. I already tried to put the setting in always but the forum still tells me that my browser doesen't allow cookies. The weird thing is that I don't have any problems in any other website.

I just checked my cookies setting in my iPod and it is in "allow only in pages visited", so it's not even in "always" and I stll can get into the forum.

And I already tried refreshing if the chat never ends loading but it doesen't work.

So I'm just about to give up chatting with you guys and just let it go sigh

for some of us chat works after a second click. like when the ipod shows you chat loading, click again on chat....just an idea....

have you tried other browsers on your computer? or reinstalling Safari?
