Don't think Kimi like understeering car at all, right now the car is more understeering... I think the push rod suspension could make a big difference, at least make it easier to set up the car.
I just hope the car does make both drivers happy, since they have very different driving styles. I really hope that is possible. Because if it isn't I highly doubt they will put Kimi's interests over Alonso's.
It's very hard for me to give Ferrari the benefit of the doubt when it comes to favoring Kimi, but since it's the very last time for them to do it, I'll give it a last try.
Ferrari improving 'little by little' - Raikkonen August 27, 2014

Kimi Raikkonen believes Ferrari is making small steps forward but is convinced the team is progressing slower than it should be because of how rarely he has problem-free weekends.
Raikkonen recorded a season-best finish of fourth in Spa-Francorchamps after a solid drive, with the Finn claiming it was his first "clean" race of the season so far. Though he still thinks Ferrari is clearly lacking in several areas compared to its rivals Raikkonen is happy with what he has seen recently.
"Little by little we're getting stronger, on every side," Raikkonen said. "It's not just the engine and the electronics. For sure we don't have the downforce that some of the other teams have. It's the package. I think we are not bad in any of the areas, but we're not good either. We're missing everywhere - the car itself, the downforce, grip, mechanical grip, and the engine power. Some circuits are better for us than others, [but] we keep working and improving things little by little."
Raikkonen believes a strong result would have come sooner were it not for Ferrari shooting itself in the foot during weekends - like it did during qualifying in Hungary when he failed to make it out of Q1.
"We had a good race before, the race before Belgium, the feeling has been better but we put ourselves in a very bad position in qualifying so obviously when you start behind you are fucked already at that point, so there's not much you can do.
"In the last few races we had a lot better feeling. But a lot of things happen in qualifyings and the race itself; we get damage to the wings from other cars. We compromised a lot in races and then we can't run our real race speed. We still have a lot of problem - I don't think we've had any clean weekends. This Friday [at Spa] was pointless for us, we had so many problems. All those things don't make life any easier. We cannot do things that we want and cannot try things; we're playing catch up all the time."

because he doesn't have a Ferrari shirt what I have read Alonso brought the signed T-shirt for Paul Monaghan's son who is a fan. And Paul Monaghan was his former race engineer at Renault so they are good friends. Apparently Alonso was there about 30 minutes. I guess if you make it that open it either means nothing or is a way to pressure Ferrari. But I doubt he will go to RB. Would they even want him? They have enough own drivers..

quoteThe drivers in Maranello and the team straight back to work
Maranello, 8 September – The day after a disappointing Italian Grand Prix, work has already started again at full pace in Maranello. This is so as not to lose focus on the work in progress on development and regaining competitiveness in the shortest time possible, under the direction of Scuderia Ferrari Team Principal Marco Mattiacci.
While the engineers are analysing the data collected in Monza, both drivers are also in Maranello. Their time is being shared out between promotional commitments with the sponsors and technical meetings and they are expected by President Montezemolo, who wishes to reinvigorate the work for the rest of the season.
Kimi will take advantage of the visit by bringing forward some simulator work, taking the chance to try out the new circuit in Sochi, the base for the first Russian Grand Prix on October 12. Ahead of Fernando, who already did some virtual laps last week on the circuit that has been built around the Olympic village, are a series of technical briefings focused on sharing the plans for the months ahead and for the last six races of the World Championship, starting with the coming Singapore GP. - See more at: http://formula1.ferrari.com/news/drivers...h.gQFUnML0.dpuf
Will we get some news tomorrow? I really hope so! :D

EDIT - Chairman of Santander Emilio Botin has died. He was a big supporter of Fernando Alonso. Will we see a change in such support or Botin family will continue?
