Zitat von JalumiNews in the German press: They said, Ricciardo will become Sebs partner. http://www.motorsport-total.com/f1/news ... 81708.html They said in this article the source is the Sport BILD, so its not such a reliable source
They are a tabloid but they do sometimes know what is going on at Red Bull.
It wouldn't be surprising if they went with Ricciardo, having a second driver has won then many championships. But if they dont go for two equal drivers then I just see Ferrari doing it. Ferrari are the least unlikely team to do so.
The more time lapses the more I think this silly season could end up being very boring. Red Bull is likely to go for a second driver. Ferrari will properly keep Massa with all of the rule changes, and Kimi will properly just stay at Lotus.
I just cant see the Ferrari thing happening. When Kimi was announced at Lotus Heikki Kulta actually reported nothing about it. Strangely enough it was Peter Windsor who first said that Kimi will go to Lotus, and after him it was James Allen. James Allen has strong connections with Italian sources and he doesn't seem to believe this rumour.
Peter Windsor â€@PeterDWindsor 3m Not sure that the ALO-Montezemolo relationship improved during August. Kimi now lined up as a swap, with VET going red in 2015
ZitatESPN F1 â€@ESPNF1 28m After a report Ricciardo has been selected as Webber's replacement, Red Bull tells ESPN: "We don't have anything to announce at present" #F1
"Kimi is not going to Red Bull", Kimi´s manager Steve Robertson has confirmed to Turun Sanomat/Heikki Kulta. "Our negotiations with Red Bull did not end up making a deal and they ended a while ago. But Kimi continues in F1 with 99,999% certainty.", Robertson says. http://www.ts.fi/moottoriurheilu/f1/524 ... d+Bullille
I think that shows that the negotiations with Red Bull were never that serious, they wanted a second driver and some publicity and they've got it.
I feel the same way.. I really, really wanted Kimi in a " title="rb" /> .
I think he will stay at Lotus. I have my many reasons to think he will never return to Ferrari. But I guess we will continue to find out more in the near future.
According to Amus Kimi isn't going to Red Bull or Ferrari. He might fall through the cracks and not have an F1 seat. http://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/form ... 13429.html
I do think they are exaggerating I think Kimi will just stay at Lotus. He actually likes to drive for the team, and he has helped to make the team more competitive. It is not a bad partnership. Next season will be very unpredictable, Lotus just needs to start handling their fiances better.
