Obama will have to be the podium eating BBQ in Texas if he wants to stay ahead of Russia in worldwide diplomacy.
:ha that's the think I read by one jouno - neither Chine nor US trying to use P for the personal political gain. Whether Bahrain and Russia is a different story.

quote"No, it was not really boring but just normal in terms of our performance. We could hardly overtake. My start was pretty good but then I got a Toro Rosso in the way which cost me some places. So my race was as good as ruined and I just drove behind others. No chance to get them on the straights. The car’s handling felt not so bad, we were just too slow. "
Tomorrow begins a new chapter in Ferrari - Luca Montezemolo is leaving. Kimi: "Nothing will change for us now. We have already laid the foundations for a better future. Marco Mattiacci makes a good job as team boss, I also trust James Allison. I don’t doubt for a second that we will be stronger in 2015 but it may take time until we will be back where Ferrari belongs - at the top. "
Räikkönen was also tied back in the race, "because I had to be very careful with the fuel consumption. All in all it was here in Sochi more difficult than expected which refers not only on fuel consumption but also on the way we had to save energy. "
Kimi's experience with the tires: "They felt like as if we still can use it to drive a few hours. They don’t degrade at all and that has also added that you can’t attack."
Funny how teams know what kind of problems others could have. Bottas said yesterday they know some teams will have problems with fuel consumption and they have to save fuel at some point unlike Williams.
That was a pretty boring race to watch. Anyone trying to compare Alonso's performance to Kimi's is just looking to split hairs. Kimi made a nice start but was pushed wide and had to back off. He was on the backfoot from there. He ran essentially the entire race (minus the last 15 laps) in traffic.
In accordance to author when crowd went on track to the podium, part of the crowd created 'human chain' to stop the rest (as on photos. He says those guys in the crowd were FSB (ex-KGB) workers from the beginning, allegedly to maintain the order and stop the crowd to go closer (I assume 'close to Putin'). You can see all of them are young(-ish) men, most with bags (man purse ) over a shoulder (stupid thing).
On other photos there are some high flying Russian people (friends of Putin and his big supporters from different industries, more like a 'court')
EDIT: Here is a confirmation from English source
