I´m happy to read it. But Boudica: is it a sarcastic comment?
Maranello, 13 January – Today, Kimi Raikkonen embarked on his first week’s work since starting his second career stint in red. The Finn arrived in Maranello this morning and will spend three days with the engineers and in the simulator.
“It’s good to be back at work,” Kimi told www.ferrari.com during a break in proceedings. “I began by getting used to all the new systems and procedures that we will use this year. From this point of view, the simulator is really very useful. It’s true there’s lots to do, but the workload is not much different to what it was in the past. For me, these days in Maranello are also an opportunity to be with the team and spend a bit more time with my many friends here.”
Kimi will stay in Maranello until Wednesday this week, proving that the Finn is keen to renew his relationship with the team that was his home from 2007 to 2009 as quickly as possible.
But oh well I know that he dislikes simulator work and so on but I think that it´s good that he does it. Helps him to integrate him into the team again.
"Walk on, through the wind, Walk on, through the rain, Though your dreams be tossed and blown. Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart, And you'll never walk alone, YOU`LL NEVER WALK ALONE!!!"

true but also in the past Ferrari always went a bit further with PR talk, Lotus was more subtle..
I think too it's good he does it, it certainly is useful and maybe he changed his opinion about it a bit too hope he doesn't get sick
There is no way Kimi said that, but that is nothing new, the team's PR department has to be used for something. It is good for Kimi to get aquinted with the team, and to learn something about the new car before the season start. Funny how they keep on referring to past friends within the team.
I don't really care if those are PR talk or not, I'm glad that he's there and doing the preparation for the new season. You can always learn something especially get some basic info of the new car.
And Kimi knows he has to get all the same information Alonso has. I assume Kimi has ability to adapt very quickly to the changes in car behaviour..but how systems work and how to use them, how to cope with reduced gasoline amount..when to use KERS and ERS power to save gasoline..I fear we see next year the races where drivers drive in saving mode to the certain point when they can be sure they dont run out of fuel.
